Our executive offices are
located at 575 Fifth Avenue, 14 th Floor, New York, New York 10017, and our telephone number is 646-257-4214. The cost for
our use of this space is included in the $22,900 per month fee we pay to an our Sponsor for certain office space, utilities and secretarial
and administrative support, pursuant to the Administrative Services Agreement. We consider our current office space adequate for our
current operations.
