ITEM 1. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS Legal Proceedings We are not currently a party to any material legal proceedings. From time to time we may be involved in legal proceedings or investigations by governmental agencies. For example, we could become involved in litigation related to product liability, unfair competition or intellectual property litigation with our competitors. The defense of these and other matters can be time consuming, costly to defend in litigation, divert management’s attention and resources, damage our reputation and brand and cause us to incur significant expenses or make substantial payments to satisfy judgments or settle claims, all of which could have an adverse impact on our results of operations, financial position or cash flows.
