We lease a 37,166 square feet facility in Mountain View, California pursuant to a Triple Net Lease dated April 26, 2017 that was scheduled to expire in February 2022. On April 30, 2021, the First Amendment to the Triple Net Lease (“First Amendment”) was executed, among other things, to reduce the portion of the premises leased by the Company to approximately 29,830 square feet and extend the lease term through August 31, 2024.
This facility is being substantially utilized for all of our manufacturing, research and development efforts and also serves as our corporate headquarters. Management believes that these facilities are adequate for our current needs and that suitable additional space or an alternative space would be available as needed in the future on commercially reasonable terms.
