The Company’s common stock is listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol “IOSP.” As of February 8, 2022 there were 709 registered holders of the common stock.

There were no unregistered sales of equity securities during the fourth quarter of 2021.
Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities
On February 15, 2022 the Company announced a share repurchase program for the repurchase of up to $50 million of Innospec’s common stock over a three-year period commencing on February 16, 2022.
During 2021 the Company made no open market repurchases of our common stock.
During the quarter ended December 31, 2021, the Company purchased its common stock in connection with the exercising of stock options by employees. The following table provides information about our repurchases of equity securities in the period.
