Our future
success depends on the completion and marketability of our innovation software platform.
We have expended significant funds in the
development of an innovation software platform designed to enhance and complement our innovation services deliverable to clients. We expect to make substantial additional expenditures and incur substantial losses in the future as we continue the
completion and eventual marketing of the innovation software platform. If the innovative software platform fails to perform as we planned or does not achieve market acceptance, we will not likely become profitable in the foreseeable future.
