Market for Registrant’s Common Equity, Related Stockholder Matters and Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities Market Information The Company’s common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “INBK.” As of March 5, 2021, the Company had 9,823,231 shares of common stock issued and outstanding, and there were 113 holders of record of common stock. Dividends The Company began paying regular quarterly cash dividends in 2013. Total dividends declared in 2020 were $0.24 per share. The Company expects to continue to pay cash dividends on a quarterly basis; however, the declaration and amount of any future cash dividends will be subject to the sole discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend upon many factors, including our results of operations, financial condition, capital requirements, regulatory and contractual restrictions (including with respect to the Company’s outstanding subordinated debt), business strategy and other factors deemed relevant by the Board of Directors. Because the Company is a holding company and does not engage directly in business activities of a material nature, its ability to pay dividends to shareholders may depend, in large part, upon the receipt of distributions from the Bank, which is also subject to numerous limitations on the payment of dividends under federal and state banking laws, regulations and policies. The present and future ability of the Bank to distribute funds to the Company are subject to the discretion of the Board of the Directors of the Bank and the Bank is not obligated to pay any distributions to the Company.
