From time to time, we may become involved in other legal proceedings arising in the ordinary course of our business. We do not currently have any pending litigation that,
separately or in the aggregate, would, in the opinion of management, have a material adverse effect on our results of operations, financial condition or cash flows. The results of any current or future litigation cannot be predicted with
certainty, and regardless of the outcome, litigation can have an adverse impact on us because of defense and settlement costs, diversion of management resources and other factors.
