Item 2. Properties Our corporate headquarters is in Nashville, Tennessee where we occupy approximately 16,000 square feet of office space under a lease that expires in 2027. We lease properties for our Public Sector segment located within various geographic regions in which we conduct business, including Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. We also lease properties for our Healthcare segment located within Ohio, Louisiana and Wisconsin. Our properties include office spaces used for support, operational, sales, management and administrative purposes. For leases that are scheduled to expire during the next 12 months, we may negotiate new lease agreements, renew existing lease agreements, exercise any respective options to extend the existing lease agreements, or use alternate facilities. We believe our facilities are adequate for our needs and believe that we should be able to renew any of our existing leases or secure similar property without an adverse impact on our operations.
