Item 2. Properties
At September 30, 2022, we maintained branch offices, warehouses, sales facilities and administrative offices at 130 locations. The majority of our facilities are leased. We lease our executive office located in Greenwich, Connecticut and our corporate office located in Houston, Texas. We believe that our properties are adequate for our current needs and that suitable additional or replacement space will be available as required. For a breakdown of our offices by segment, see Item 1. “ Business —Operating Segments ” of this Annual Report on Form 10-K.
