Item 2. Properties Our corporate headquarters is currently located in Melville, New York, where we occupy approximately 700 square feet of office space pursuant to a month-to-month lease. While all personnel currently operate out of their individual home offices throughout the country, this facility will be primarily used for employee use and for necessary physical meetings. We believe that our existing facility is adequate to meet current requirements and that additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate any expansion of operations. Item 3. Legal Proceedings We are not currently involved in any legal or regulatory proceeding, or arbitration, the outcome of which is expected to have a material adverse effect on our business. Item 4.
