All of our share repurchases during the second quarter of 2022 were made through a broker in the open market. On March 4, 2022, our Board of Directors authorized the expansion of the share repurchase program of the Company’s Class A common stock by an additional $200 million. The shares may be purchased through privately negotiated or open market transactions. This program has no time limit and may be suspended for periods or discontinued at any time.
