As previously disclosed, we agreed to terminate our President, Samir Kapuria, other than for cause by December 31, 2020. Mr. Kapuria’s termination date will be effective as of November 6, 2020. Vincent Pilette, our current Chief Executive Officer, will assume the title of President as of such date and will serve as our President and Chief Executive Officer immediately thereafter.
