The headquarters of the Corporation and the Bank occupies approximately 29,000 square feet at 19 South Second Street, Oakland, Maryland, and a 30,000 square feet operations center located at 12892 Garrett Highway, Oakland Maryland. These premises are owned by the Corporation. The Bank owns 19 of its banking offices and leases seven. Total rent expense on the leased offices and properties was $0.5 million in 2023. In November 2023, the Corporation announced the closure of four of its leased banking offices.
