Insider Trading Arrangements and Policies Robert Andrade , the Company’s Chief Financial Officer , adopted a trading arrangement on May 22, 2026 , which is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. This trading arrangement covers the disposition of up to 75,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, including shares issuable upon exercise of stock options, and will terminate on September 30, 2026 , unless earlier terminated in accordance with its terms. ​ Marco Brughera , a current member of the Company’s Board of Directors , adopted a trading arrangement on June 16, 2026 , which is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
