MARKET FOR COMMON EQUITY
Market Information
Our common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbol FEMY.
On March 15, 2022 there were 200 holders of record of our common stock. This number does not include stockholders for whom shares were held in a “nominee” or “street” name.
We have not declared or paid any cash dividends on our common stock and do not anticipate declaring or paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future. We currently expect to retain future earnings, if any, for
the continued development of our business.
Our transfer agent and registrar is Broadridge Investor Communication Solutions, Inc.
Recent Sales of Unregistered Securities

Use of Proceeds
On June 17, 2021, our Registration Statement on Form S-1, as amended (Reg. No. 333-256156), was declared effective in connection with the IPO.
There has been no material change in the planned use of proceeds from our IPO as described in the Prospectus relating to that offering dated June 21, 2021.
