Properties.
We lease our facility in Suwanee, Georgia which, together with our research and development, controlled environment room and office space, currently totals approximately 45,000 square feet. As
of December 31, 2021, our monthly rent payment was $44,339 and is subject to increases on an annual basis. Our lease expires in January 2024, and we have the option to extend the term for two consecutive terms of five years, subject to certain
terms and conditions.
