We do not own any real estate or other physical properties materially important to our operation. Our headquarters are located at 1603
Orrington Avenue, Suite 1005, Evanston, Illinois 60201, and are provided by our investment advisor pursuant to the Administration Agreement. Our investment advisor also maintains additional office space at 227 West Trade Street, Suite 1910,
Charlotte, North Carolina 28202, and 1140 Avenue of the Americas, 21 st Floor, New York, New York 10036. We believe that our office facilities are suitable and adequate to our business as we
contemplate conducting it.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings.
We are not, and our investment advisor is not, currently subject to any material legal proceedings.
