There is no trading market for our Class B Voting Common Stock (“Class B Common Stock”), which was held by one stockholder as of November 12, 2021 . As of September 30, 2021, the closing sales price of our Class A Common Stock, as reported by the NASDAQ Stock Market, was $7.57 per share.
