The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to reflect generally the performance of the price of bitcoin before payment of the Fund’s expenses. The Fund had not yet commenced operations and did not yet hold bitcoin as of the date of this report; however, at launch and thereafter, fluctuations in the price of bitcoin will affect the value of the Fund’s Shares.
