Properties
We currently lease approximately 49,000 square feet of office and laboratory space in the aggregate in New York and Massachusetts, of which, approximately 45,000 square feet is new office and
laboratory space in Somerville, Massachusetts that we subleased in October 2022. The terms of our leases expire from December 2026 through approximately November 2033. We believe that our leased properties are generally well maintained, in good
operating condition and meet our current business needs.
