Item 2. Properties.
Our corporate headquarters is located at 520 Newport Center Drive, Suite 1200, Newport Beach, CA 92660, in a facility that we lease, encompassing approximately 17,758 square feet of space. On July 27, 2023, we entered into an amendment to the existing lease agreement for our corporate headquarters for additional office space of approximately 8,333 square feet of space. On October 16, 2024, we entered into the Second Amendment to the Lease Agreement (the “Second Lease Amendment”) to lease additional office space for our corporate headquarters. The lease term for the Second Lease Amendment is expected to commence in the second half of 2025. The lease agreement expires on January 31, 2030. With the additional office space, we believe our facilities are sufficient for our current needs. When our lease expires, we may exercise

our renewal option or look for additional or alternate space for our operations, and we believe that suitable additional or alternative space will be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms.
