our fiscal years 2024 and 2023, our common stock has been quoted on the Pink tier, operated by the OTC Markets Group, Inc. The ticker
symbol “ECIA” has been assigned to our common stock for over-the-counter quotations.
We
have never paid cash dividends on our common stock and have no present plans to do so. We presently intend to retain any cash generated
from operations in the future for use in our business. As of March 31, 2024, there were approximately 68 holders of record of our common
stock.
