ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We do not own any real estate
or other physical properties materially important to our operations. We currently utilize office space at 50 Sloane Avenue, London, SW3
3DD, United Kingdom, provided by an affiliate of our sponsor. We reimburse an affiliate of our sponsor in an amount equal to $10,000 per
month for office space, utilities, management, operations and secretarial and administrative support made available to us. Upon completion
of our initial business combination or our liquidation, we will cease paying these monthly fees. We consider our current office space
adequate for our current operations.
