Director Departure
On August 7, 2023, Douglas Cole, M.D. submitted his resignation from Denali's Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee on which he served. Dr. Cole's resignation was voluntary and did not result from any disagreement with Denali or its Board of Directors. The Denali Board thanks Dr. Cole for his impactful service over the past eight years as a founding investor and member of the Denali Board.
