CPI
Aero’s executive offices and production facility are located in an approximately 171,000 square foot building at 91 Heartland Boulevard,
Edgewood, New York 11717. We use approximately 131,000 square feet of this building for manufacturing and approximately 40,000 square
feet for offices and laboratories supporting engineering and design work. CPI Aero occupies this facility under a lease that expires
on April 30, 2031.

time to time, the Company may be involved in legal proceedings arising in the ordinary course of business. As of the date of this Annual
Report on Form 10-K, the Company is not a party to any material legal proceedings.
