Item 1B. Unresolved Staff Comments. None. Item 1C. Cybersecurity. We are a SPAC with no business operations. Since our Initial Public Offering, our sole business activity has been identifying and evaluating suitable acquisition transaction candidates. Therefore, we do not consider that we face significant cybersecurity risk and have not adopted any cybersecurity risk management program or formal processes for assessing cybersecurity risk. Our management is generally responsible for the oversight of risks from cybersecurity threats, if there is any. In fiscal year 2023, we did not identify any cybersecurity threats that have materially affected or are reasonably likely to materially affect our business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition. Item 2. Properties. We do not own any real estate or other physical properties materially important to our operations.
