Item 3. Legal Proceedings
On March 4, 2020, Vytacera Bio, LLC (“Vytacera”) filed a patent infringement lawsuit against us in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. The lawsuit alleged that our use, offers to sell, and/or sales of the PROBODY ® technology platform for basic research applications constituted infringement. The complaint sought unspecified monetary damages. In September 2022, we filed a motion to dismiss the case. On October 17, 2024, the Court dismissed the case and on October 28, 2024, the Court ordered the case to be closed.
