We
have no full-time employees and have not yet completed a Business Combination. As a blank check company, our cybersecurity risk is limited
primarily to the protection of financial and shareholder records. We rely on third-party
service providers, including our transfer agent, trustee, and financial institutions, to maintain cybersecurity controls appropriate to
their respective platforms. We
have not
experienced any material cybersecurity incidents.
