LEGAL PROCEEDINGS We may from time to time be subject to certain legal proceedings and claims in the ordinary course of business, including claims of alleged infringement of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights; employment claims; and general contract or other claims. We may also, from time to time, be subject to various legal or government claims, demands, disputes, investigations, or requests for information. Such matters may include, but not be limited to, claims, disputes, or investigations related to warranty, refund, breach of contract, employment, intellectual property, government regulation, or compliance or other matters. For further information on our legal proceedings, see Note 10, “Commitments and Contingencies,” of our accompanying Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements included in Part II, Item 8, “Consolidated Financial Statements and Supplementary Data” of this Annual Report on Form 10-K. In addition, on February 24, 2025, we filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against Google LLC and Alphabet Inc. ("Google"), asserting federal antitrust claims and common-law unjust enrichment claims, in connection with Google's expansion of its AIO search experience, and seeking damages, restitution, disgorgement, and injunctive relief. Given the nature of the case, including that the proceedings are in their early stages, we are unable to predict the ultimate outcome of the case or whether Google will seek to counter claim, or the likelihood of success should Google do so.
