Holders As of February 24, 2022, there were 85 holders of record of our common stock, which does not include the number of beneficial owners whose common stock was held in street name or through fiduciaries. Dividend Information We did not declare dividends on our common stock in 2021 or 2020. We do not plan to declare cash dividends in the foreseeable future. Any declaration of dividends is at the discretion of our Board of Directors. Our agreements governing our existing debt contain restrictions which limit our ability to pay dividends.
