The Company has a long history of paying dividends. 2024 marked the 56th consecutive year of growth in our regular common dividend, and the Company has also issued an annual 5% common stock dividend for the past 31 years. However, payment of future dividends is within the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend, among other factors, on earnings, capital requirements, and the operating and financial condition of the Company. The Board of Directors makes the dividend determination quarterly.
