ITEM 2. PROPERTIES Our corporate support center and one of our bakery production facilities are located in Calabasas Hills, California. The corporate support center consists of an 88,000 square foot main facility and a 19,000 square foot training facility on an approximately five-acre parcel of land. The bakery production facility is a 60,000 square foot facility on an approximately three-acre parcel of land. Our second bakery facility located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina is a 100,000 square foot facility on an approximately 31-acre parcel of land. Our development and design department is in a 29,000 square foot facility on approximately one acre of land in Irvine, California. All of these properties are owned by the Company. FRC’s headquarters are located in Phoenix, Arizona in approximately 22,000 square feet of leased office space. All of our Company-owned restaurants are located on leased properties, and we have no current plans to own the real estate underlying our restaurants.
