ITEM 2 PROPERTIES
We believe that our existing principal facilities are well maintained and in good operating condition and that they are adequate for our foreseeable business needs.
In addition to the principal facilities noted below, we lease additional facilities for sales, applications and service support in various countries throughout the world including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. If we should require additional or alternative facilities, we believe that such facilities can be obtained on short notice at competitive rates.
