During the last two fiscal years, we have had no disagreements with our accountants on accounting and financial disclosure. On April 24, 2024, our Audit Committee appointed Bush & Associates CPA as our independent registered public accounting firm. The Company’s financial statements had previously been audited by Marcum LLP.
