We lease a facility containing approximately 25,578 square feet of office space for our principal office, which is located at One Main Street, Cambridge, MA 02142. The lease expires on August 31, 2028, subject to an option to extend the lease for five additional years. In December 2022 we entered into a sublease for one floor, approximately 14,439 square feet, of our Cambridge, MA office space, which also terminates on August 31, 2028.
We also lease approximately 18,120 square feet of office and laboratory space at 430 East 29th Street, New York, New York 10016. The lease expires on June 30, 2032, subject to an option to extend the lease for five additional years. In June 2024, we entered into a sublease for our office and laboratory space in New York, NY. The sublease terminates on June 30, 2026, with the option to extend to June 30, 2027. We believe that our current facilities are sufficient to meet our current and near term needs.
