Our principal executive offices are located at 500 Ygnacio Valley Road, Suite 200, Walnut Creek, California 94596. Including our principal executive offices, we operate a total of 33 full-service banking branches consisting of branch offices in Northern and Southern California; Denver, Colorado and Custer, Delta, and Grand counties, Colorado; Seattle, Washington and Central New Mexico at December 31, 2021. We currently own 15 of our banking branches and lease the remaining 18 branches, which leases expire on various dates through 2030. At December 31, 2021, all of our leases have an option to renew with renewal periods between three and 12 years. Many of our branches are equipped with automated teller machines and drive through facilities. We believe all of our facilities are suitable for our operational needs.
