Market for Registrant's Common Equity, Related Stockholders Matters and Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities Our ADSs have been listed on Nasdaq since June 22, 2018 and are traded under the symbol “AUTL”. Each ADS represents one ordinary share. Our ordinary shares are not listed. Stockholders As of March 26, 2026, we had approximately 31 holders of record of our ordinary shares (including shares in the form of ADSs). The actual number of holders of our ordinary shares is greater than this number of record holders and includes shareholders who are beneficial owners, but whose shares or ADSs are held in street name by brokers or held by other nominees. The number of holders of record also does not include shareholders whose shares or ADSs may be held in trust by other entities. Dividend Policy We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our ordinary shares and do not expect to pay dividends on our ordinary shares for the foreseeable future. Sales of Unregistered Securities Except as disclosed in our previous filings with the SEC, we did not sell any unregistered securities during the year ended December 31, 2025.
