We are headquartered at 1800 North Mason Road, Katy, Texas, 77449. The following table sets forth the location, use and size of our corporate and distribution center facilities:

With the exception of one retail store which we own, we lease all of our retail stores, distribution centers and corporate offices. Our initial store lease terms are typically 15 to 20 years with various renewal options and lease escalation structures. We believe that all of our leases are entered into at then-prevailing market lease rates. As of January 31, 2026, our combined leased and owned store square footage was approxim ately 21.9 million squ are feet.
