Item 2 . Properties.
We operate primarily as a remote‑first organization. We do not own any real property. We use coworking or flexible office space in Menlo Park, California that serves as our registered address and for meetings or collaboration on an as-needed basis. We believe that our current facilities arrangement will be adequate for our near-term needs. If required, we believe that suitable space would be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms.
