We have strategically located our properties
in the U.S. We lease and maintain an approximately 81,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Bay Shore,
New York. We maintain our corporate headquarter at this facility whose lease expires in September 2026. We also lease a small
warehouse nearby in Bohemia, New York. That lease term expires in May 2025 and the property will be vacated at such time.
We own a second 74,923 square foot state-of the-art
manufacturing facility located in Barkhamsted, Connecticut.
