ITEM 2. PROPERTIES. We do not own any real estate or other physical properties materially important to our operations. We currently utilize office space at 201 South Biscayne Blvd, 28 th Floor, Miami, FL 33131, provided by an affiliate of our sponsor. We will reimburse our sponsor or an affiliate thereof in an amount equal to $20,000 per month for office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support made available to us. Upon completion of our initial business combination or our liquidation, we will cease paying these monthly fees. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
