On April 29, 2021, the Company's Board of Directors approved an increase to the authorized amount under the stock repurchase program that authorizes the Company to repurchase up to $500.0 million of its outstanding shares of Common Stock and equivalents. The stock repurchase program does not obligate the Company to purchase any particular number of shares, and the timing and exact amount of any repurchases will depend on various factors, including market pricing and conditions, business, legal, accounting, and other considerations. As of September 30, 2021, $142.2 million remained of the $500.0 million share repurchase authorization. In October of 2021, the Company's Board of Directors replaced the existing share repurchase program with a new share repurchase program that authorizes the Company to repurchase up to $1.0 billion of its outstanding shares of Common Stock and equivalents.
