Our principal executive offices
are located at 1558 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 3J4 Canada. The Canada office is leased. We are a distributed organization
and do not maintain a central office that at which our employees work. Our employees primarily work from home or from coworking spaces.
We do not intend to lease additional office space. We believe our facilities are adequate for our current needs and we do not believe we
will encounter any difficulty in extending the terms of the lease by which we occupy our office. The following is a summary description
of our material, tangible fixed assets, including facilities leases:
