ITEM 2. PROPERTIES.
We do not own any significant real property, but
our subsidiary leases approximately 2,686 square feet of primarily office space in Connecticut used in connection with our Precision Logistics
segment. The lease expires in 2027. We believe that our property has been well maintained, is suitable and adequate for us to operate
and upon expiration of this lease, we do not anticipate any difficulty in obtaining renewals or an alternative space.
