Item 5. Other Information Certain of our employees in Minnesota are represented by a local office of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (“ UFCW ”). The collective bargaining agreement covering these employees expired on May 1, 2021 and we are in the process of negotiating a new agreement. Our objective in every negotiation is to find a fair and reasonable balance on compensation packages that provide solid wages as well as good quality, affordable health care while also keeping our Company competitive in the market.
