Market Information and Holders
Our common stock is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “COMM.” As of February 12, 2025, all of our outstanding shares of common stock are held by one stockholder of record, Cede & Co., as nominee for the Depository Trust Company. Many brokers, banks and other institutions hold shares of common stock as nominees for beneficial owners that deposit these shares of common stock in participant accounts at the Depository Trust Company.
