During the year ended June 30 2024, the Company issued 24,742,499 shares of its $0.0001 par value common stock to consultants, as compensation for services rendered. The shares were valued at $463,118, or $0.0187 per share.
During the year ended June 30, 2024 the Company issued 12,820,000 shares of its $0.0001 par value common stock to six employees, as compensation for services rendered. The shares were valued at $120,908, or $0.0094 per share.
