−Removed: In the nine months ended September 30, 2024, the Company continued to implement a remediation plan to improve the operation of its controls over the review of the determination of the fair value of its goodwill and intangible assets, as previously described in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31,2023.
