VF’s Common Stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VFC”. As of April 30, 2022 there were 2,854 shareholders of record. Quarterly dividends on VF Common Stock, when declared, are paid on or about the 20 th day of June, September, December and March.
