Investor purchased the “Seed Creation Baskets,” comprising a total of 100,000 Shares at a per-Share price of $25.00. Total
proceeds to the Trust from the sale of the Seed Creation Baskets were $2,500,000 which resulted in the Trust receiving 206,019.90 AVAX.
